Local Residential Water Damage
This water damage in our local area was caused from a hot water heater and affecting the entire home. The before picture shows the wood laminate flooring that was buckling as a result of the water. Our professionally trained technicians removed the wet buckled wood flooring and the pad underneath. The after photo shows how the water was standing after it migrated under the padding of the wood floor. This is when our technicians set the drying equipment to dry the concrete.
