smoke, grease and water damage to local restaurant kitchen/storage area

SERVPRO of Brandon was called to this commercial fire and water job for the cleanup, our highly trained professional crews restored the damage areas.

The fire started in the fan on the roof and traveled down the vent hood into the kitchen once the grease heated up. The Fire Department was dispatched and put the fire out with water on the roof and inside. The sprinkler system did go off in the kitchen causing more water. The damages were confined to the Kitchen and storage only with smoke and standing water, mixed with grease on the floors and the walls.
